Self-Study Report Manual

The Self-Study Report (SSR) Manual details the process and procedures for developing and writing the SSR. This document also contains guidance for demonstrating compliance with the standards. The sole appendix to the manual is the SSR template which must be used when submitting a Self-Study Report. Programs are strongly encouraged to review the SSR Manual prior to writing the SSR.
