Accreditation Timeline for Planning Programs Accredited Through December 31, 2021
|January 2019||PAB sends advance notice reminder of accreditation timeline.|
|January 2020||PAB assigns programs a Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 Site Visit and solicits preferred dates.|
|January 31, 2020||DEADLINE: All programs submit 2019 Annual Report.|
|February 2020||PAB confirms specific Site Visit date.|
|June 15, 2020||DEADLINE: Programs with Fall 2020 Site Visit submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.|
|September 15, 2020||DEADLINE: Programs with Spring 2021 Site Visit submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.|
|September – November 2020||PAB conducts Fall Site Visits.|
|January – March 2021||PAB conducts Spring Site Visits.|
|January 31, 2021||DEADLINE: All programs submit 2020 Annual Report.|
|March or April 2021||PAB makes accreditation decisions for
Programs with Fall Site Visits.
|October or November 2021||PAB makes accreditation decisions for Programs with Spring Site Visits.|
|January 1, 2022||New accreditation term begins.|
A Substantive Change is any organizational and/or programmatic change that may affect the Program’s ability to comply with one or more of the pre-conditions to accreditation, and/or any of the PAB accreditation standards and criteria. Specific examples can be found in PAB’s Policies and Procedures Manual. Programs must notify PAB of a Substantive Change as soon as possible using this form and shall demonstrate how the change(s) will allow for continued compliance with the standards.
