Materials for Presentation of Public Information/Criterion 1F

Accredited programs are required to make certain performance-related data available to the public at all times. Programs are required to use the PAB-designed template for presenting this information. All programs will be provided updated AICP exam data annually each November. PAB has also developed a guide to assist programs with their unique measures of student achievement.

Accreditation Cycle 2021

Accreditation Timeline for Planning Programs Accredited Through December 31, 2021

Summer 2019 PAB arranges a Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 Site Visit.
January 31, 2020 DEADLINE: All programs submit 2019 Annual Report.
June 15, 2020 DEADLINE: Programs with Fall 2020 Site Visit submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.
September 15, 2020 DEADLINE: Programs with Spring 2021 Site Visit submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.
September – November 2020 PAB conducts Fall Site Visits.
January – March 2021 PAB conducts Spring Site Visits.
January 31, 2021 DEADLINE: All programs submit 2020 Annual Report.
May 2021 PAB makes accreditation decisions for Programs with Fall Site Visits.
October 2021 PAB makes accreditation decisions for Programs with Spring Site Visits.
January 1, 2022 New accreditation term begins.

Reporting a Substantive Change

A Substantive Change is any organizational and/or programmatic change that may affect the Program’s ability to comply with one or more of the pre-conditions to accreditation, and/or any of the PAB accreditation standards and criteria. Specific examples can be found in PAB’s Policies and Procedures Manual. Programs must notify PAB of a Substantive Change as soon as possible using this form and shall demonstrate how the change(s) will allow for continued compliance with the standards.
